DEOXYCHOLIC ACID WORKSHOP Lipolysis with Deoxycholic Acid results in the permanent destruction of fat cells. Use of deoxycholic acid in aesthetics is growing more popular, and it is a great tool to add to your injectables practice.
 
This hands-on workshop will prepare you to administer deoxycholic acid injectable therapy that targets, contours, and removes small pockets of fat without surgery. Upon successful attendance and participation, you will have the knowledge to improve the appearance of moderate submental fullness, and discuss other areas of the body where the treatment can be used "off-label".
 
Target Audience
This workshop is available to Physicians (MD), Nurse Practitioners (NP), Registered Nurses (RN), and Registered Practical Nurses (RPN), who are licensed in Ontario, Canada and have completed a previous basic injection training.
 
This workshop lasts approximately three hours and includes both a didactic and hands-on session.
 
Learning Objectives
In our workshop, you will become familiar with the product Deoxycholic Acid, learn the mechanism of function, appropriate patient evaluation, and anatomy, development of a treatment plan, proper injection technique, and the management of possible complications.
 
You will receive a Certificate of Attendance for this workshop.
